Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: email, name and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in).
• Your content: scripts, uploaded files, rendered videos and project settings.
• Voice cloning, only if you use it: the consent recording and voice sample you give us.
• Billing records: plan, credits and invoices. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us.
• Product usage: counts of events such as signing up, creating a project, rendering and publishing. We store these ourselves and do not send them to an analytics vendor.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run the service: render your videos, take payment, keep the service safe, and fix problems. Scripts are checked against our content policy before rendering. We do not sell your data or use your content to train models.

Your choices

• Download everything we hold about you from Account settings.
• Delete your account there too. This removes your projects, files and cloned voices, and cancels any subscription.
• Backups may keep deleted data for a short time until they expire. The exact period is still to be set.
